Quality Policy


At SOLUCIONES CÁRNICAS LEVANTINAS, S.L., we are aware that the management of quality and food safety is an essential factor for the long-term continuity of our company. For this reason, we have started a continuous improvement program based on the following basic principles, which should guide the company’s actions:

  • Satisfy the expectations and needs of our customers and stakeholders regarding their quality, food safety, and service requirements.
  • Satisfy the legal and regulatory requirements of the product, including safety, quality, legality, product specifications, its preparation, authenticity, and food defense.
  • The products purchased from our suppliers must meet the specifications required by the organization. Soluciones Cárnicas Levantinas S.L., in its pursuit of product excellence, is committed to using natural ingredients. Therefore, environmental care is also part of our policy to achieve meat production in line with the environment and sustainable development.
  • The facilities and work equipment will be kept in optimal hygienic conditions, and the strictest guidelines of good handling practices will be followed to supply a product in optimal sanitary conditions.
  • Our company also takes responsibility for always working with the highest commercial ethics and treating our employees fairly. All of this will be carried out through the formulation and monitoring of annual quality and food safety objectives, as well as cultural objectives for quality and food safety, which will be reviewed by management and updated according to market and legal requirements.

The objectives for food safety culture will include, at a minimum, communication about food safety policies and responsibilities, training, employee feedback on food safety matters, and performance measurement.

Furthermore, the company is committed to implementing a food defense system, promoting a culture of quality and food safety among all employees, and maintaining the conditions established according to the Halal IFS Food, SAE, ISO 9001, and Animal Welfare standards.

Energy efficiency


 

Actuaciones destinadas al fomento de la eficiencia energética y el uso de energías renovables cofinanciada por el Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional (FEDER) y la región de Murcia:

  • Auditoria energética determinando el potencial de ahorro energético y evaluando las oportunidades de reducción de la cantidad de energía consumida y en consecuencia la reducción de las emisiones de CO2 emitidas a la atmosfera.
    • Objetivo: Avanzar en la evaluación y mejora de la eficiencia energética de las empresas, en particular las PYME.
    • Estado de la tramitación: Concedida
    • Inversión total realizada: 6.500 €
    • Apoyo financiero de la Unión Europea: 3.120 €
  • Renovación de equipos de iluminación por luminarias con tecnología tipo LED con una mayor eficiencia y en consecuencia un menor consumo energético, consiguiendo la disminución de las emisiones de CO2 emitidas a la atmosfera.
    • Objetivo: Avanzar en la evaluación y mejora de la eficiencia energética de las empresas, en particular las PYME.
    • Ahorro energético anual: 3,44 tep/año
    • Ahorro en emisiones de GEI anual: 13,95 tCO2
    • Estado de la tramitación: Concedida
    • Inversión total realizada: 22.809,05 €
    • Apoyo financiero de la Unión Europea: 4.561,8 €
  • Instalación de aislamiento en tuberías de vapor y ACS, destinados al fomento de la eficiencia energética, consiguiendo la disminución de emisiones de CO2 emitidas a la atmófera.
    • Objetivo: Avanzar en la evaluación y mejora de la eficiencia energética de las empresas, en particular las PYME.
    • Ahorro energético anual: 67,72 tep/año
    • Ahorro en emisiones de GEI anual: 184,2 tCO2
    • Estado de la tramitación: Concedida
    • Inversión total realizada: 60.010,3 €
