Mutton flaps (Bone in)

PRODUCT

Frozen meat product consisting of bone in flap cut from mutton carcasses with little fat cover.

MANUFACTURE

Separate the flaps with a power saw (breastbone included). The flaps are sawed and trimmed.

WRAPPING

Blue plastic bag (60 cm. x 100 cm.)

PACKING

Cardboard box (60 cm. x 40 cm. x 17 cm.)
